LEGAL STUFF

I retain all right to use artwork commissioned in personal or related business materials such as advertisements for future commissions, portfolio, sale at convention, etc.Private commissions are unavailable at this time.Art commissioned at the prices stated on this website are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Any non-consensual use of my artwork for commercial purposes will result in my full reclamation and repurposing of said artwork and further legal action if commercial use is not ceased. For Commercial inquiries, please email me at [email protected].Personal uses include:
-profile pictures
-individual's social media banners
-discord emoticons
-telegram stickers
-individual's stream decoration or embelishmentCommercial uses include:
-Use in NFT or Block Chains**
-use in advertisement
-use in packaging for commercial products
-Reselling as physical products (posters, charms, shirts, etc)
-company logos
-company website embellishments**Use in block chains without prior consultation is strictly prohibited. A legal contract will be signed beforehand. Price for pieces intended for use in block chain are at minimum X5 The price of commissions sold with the intention of personal use. After each sale in the block chain i will receive 25% minimum of your Residuals. up to 50% for more elaborate pieces.NSFW requests are welcome so long as the client is 18+ and the characters requested are all 18+. If i find out that the client is of minor age, the commission will be canceled and refunded with percentage based on how much progress i've made. If i find out that the CHARACTERS that you are commissioning art of are minors, you will NOT BE GETTING A REFUND.You are welcome to pull out of queue up until i have finished the sketch stage and accepted payment, past there, you may only request partial refund depending on the stage and amount of time that i have spent on said commission. I retain the right to reuse any and all work on your piece that has been done up to that point for whatever i wish.

Payment and invoicing

All prices are in USD but can be charged in CAD equivilent upon request.I take payments for custom commission orders through paypal and square via invoice.
YOU MUST NOT SEND PAYMENTS UNPROMPTED.I send an invoice once i am ready to start your commission, for larger pieces i will send a very rough gesture sketch before requesting payment. I have no obligation to finish pieces until payment has been made and i will not send you the full file until i receive full payment.Larger pieces totaling 200 or more may be paid in two installments (or more depending on the price) at request. The same rules will apply to these instances.Major thematic changes to orders may be made before i have moved past the sketching stages. After that, you will have to pay extra money equal to 50% of the original commission price to have me start again or change major details such as the previously given characters.For all standard commission types you are guaranteed a sketch wip of your commission to make sure that you are happy with my ideas,as well as periodic updates and updates upon request.
wips for rough sketches, experimental commissions and adopt headshots are not guaranteed.

Additional Fees

Large or otherwise intricate wings are subject to a 15% increasecomplex designs (such as intricate clothing, markings or non-basic anatomy) are subject to a 25% fee. Intricate armors are subject to a 25-40% fee depending on the level of complexity. Percentage will go up 5% for every subsequent complex character.+extra figure prices only apply to characters being in the same piece of artwork. Added characters must be interacting or otherwise part of the same scene/world.
Separate pieces will begin at base priceCommissions can have alterations and changes made to them periodically as i work, however, after the sketch is confirmed, changes that alter the core themes that were agreed upon may be subject to fees or possible termination of your commission should the themes that are requested step outside my personal boundaries of comfort.Alterations are allowed as many times as needed, however, after the 2nd alteration and onward i may request further payment for my time.Minor edits like small color tweaks, missing character elements, anatomical errors or missing commission elements originally agreed upon that were forgotten by me do not fall under this clause.Examples of alterations:

Completion Times

Commission times vary greatly depending on the level of artwork ordered ranging from several days to several months. Estimated completion times are as follows below but are just that: Estimations.Standard commission openings where 1-2 slots are accepted are generally completed within the same week of order placement though this is dependant on the size of the individual orders and my outstanding queue.Openings in which more than 2 full sized slots are taken are subject to a 2+ week waiting period.Badge commissions are typically taken in batches of 4-6 and done on a schedule in which each individual order is completed to subsequent stages simultaneously.
These generally run on a 6 week timeline.Large illustrations that include many characters or a fully detailed background take multiple months to complete. there is a 7 month average wait time due to complexity. I do not take these commissions often and when i do i only take one at a time until it is completed.Wait times can also affected by circumstances such as commercial opportunities, conventions, illness, holidays and mental health.Any aggression from a client regarding my schedule including but not limited to: warmups, personal work, convention preparation or other prior established responsibilities will be regarded as harassment. I pride myself on transparency and am more than happy to provide updates and guestimate timelines to those who ask.

ADOPTABLE TOS

Characters purchased from me either through pre-made adoptable sales or commissioned via custom design can be changed however the buyer sees fit within reason. genitals, gender, colour, species, markings, etc.you are allowed to sell any original artwork that you have created of the character (charms, prints, clothing, etc).Fursuit makers will be required to pay a +40% fee to the original buying price if they wish to use the design for a premade suit. Personal suits made of my designs do not require any additional fees.Characters may be traded for other characters, traded for art, gifted or sold for NO HIGHER than their original sale value + 60% of their purchased or created art. Any complimentary art by me does not count.Characters may not be traded, sold or gifted to people on my black list. there is one person on my black list. doctor. labexperiment. labanimal. neuter. they go by many names.Character designs by me found to be used in morally concerning content may be revoked. I will offer a buy back covering the initial cost of the character before doing this. This is only done in extreme cases and is not likely to happen as i vet 95% of the people who watch me on any of my social media platforms. Revoked characters will most likely not be sold, but may be kept by me or regifted.SOME EXAMPLES- A character is bought and used to create Cub porn, Bestiality art, etc.
- A black coded character is sold and used in blatant slavery fetish art/pornography.
